For this new episode, I propose you to settle in Savasana in order to practice the abdominal breathing. Certainly the simplest, the most accessible and yet often forgotten!
This breathing helps reduce psycho-emotional disorders such as anxiety, irritability, bad moods and depression.
Simply put, abdominal breathing is very soothing. Ideal for finding sleep more quickly, I strongly advise you to practice it for at least 5 minutes.
Give your belly the right to expand !!!!
