The answer is ☺️Évidemment that I'd be delighted to see you 3 times a week BUTfrom my point of view, the key to staying in tip-top shape is to combine 3 activities:- Cardio work - Muscular strengthening - FlexibilityThese 3 pillars are regularly addressed during a yoga session, but not completely. Personally, I need to maintain my cardio almost every day through walking or an aquabike session, even though I do more than 15 yoga sessions a week. A good muscle-strengthening session a week helps me to keep my body strong against almost anything 😅Think MOBILITY and you'll find your own answer to this question.What do you think? Anchoring and stability Immersing ourselves in our rootsThe sessions this week and next will be dedicated to our root chakra: Mulhadara chakra, the idea being to approach the new year with anchoring and stability. The energy of the earth will help us achieve this. Rather than paraphrase, I'd like to quote a short passage from Judith Anodea's book "The Chakras: Wheels of Life", which I hope will resonate with you as much as it does with me. "We are our bodies and, in understanding this, we become more than that. We find our grounding, we get in touch with what's happening inside us. We feel more fully the emotional and spiritual aspects within us, for which the body is a vehicle. Knee painTaking care of the knee joint and strengthening the adjoining musclesDuring my trek in the Ecrins mountains last week, I had a hard time with the negative gradients. To the point of provoking the famous and painful windshield wiper syndrome. Listen to yourself: what does your body want: to eat, to move, to drink? let's relearn how to avoid diktats.  After all, we're not sheep! What does your body want?  What do you feel intolerant to? Do you really want to eat right now, or is this the social norm? Do you really think this cookie will solve your problems? Reconnecting with your sensations/potential discomforts is the key for me. We all know by now that industrial dishes/products are not our logic. We also know that a good loaf of butter-and-cheese bread is just delicious, but that it's not good for us to do it every day 😅 Eating a choice pastry once in a while will never kill anyone, and what a joy! Without being a doctor, I think that if you eat consciously every time, you'll feel better (excluding pathologies/diseases).
