Yogini's secrets for a great fall

Hard, hard passage to autumn?

Clearly on my side YES 🙂 I may repeat to myself over and over that, soon, a festival of colors will be offered to us....bah the transition is still rough!

So hop hop hop, I prepared some yoga sessions to accompany this change of season.

  1. We anchor ourselves, more than ever, through the standing postures in order to consolidate a body as solid as a mountain.
  2. We accompany the change of season with twisting postures, precious allies of the digestive system.
  3. Yin sessions are preferred at the end of the day to relax the pelvis and the lower back and erase the torments of the day.

AND, I also drew the best SECRETS from my favorite experts:

To prevent a possible cold snap: 2 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil on a handkerchief to breathe in during the day. Personally, it is in place on my scarf as soon as I go out.

I also opted for the fabulous plant of Ayurvedic medicine: Ashwagandha. Ideal to fight against stress and find an emotional comfort.

Much less fanciful, but nevertheless very effective, is Grandma's advice: 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar in a glass of hot water to cleanse the liver and facilitate digestion.

And, YES, I hug a tree every chance I get! I'm continuing the active country walking routine several times a week, I've traded in summer salads for comforting soups, and I'm forgetting Netflix and heading to bed super early!
