How to wash your yoga mat?

Cleaning your yoga mat is a ritual to adopt at the end of each practice, and maybe even before, if you practice in a studio and use their equipment.
At Yoga-stud.io, the mats are stacked on top of each other and suspended from a bar. The cleaning is thus carried out on both sides.

Get a glass bottle with a cap and pour it in:
- 1/4 white vinegar and 3/4 water
- Optional: a few drops of lavender essential oil

Soak a clean, dry cloth with the cleaner and scrub the carpet. Let dry before storing and/or rolling.

This cleaner should not be used on latex and rubber.
