Sin embargo, el yoga hormonal es una pr\u00e1ctica sencilla que puede utilizarse para ayudar a aliviar ciertos s\u00edntomas.<\/p><p>En el cruce del Hatha Yoga y el Kundalini Yoga, el hilo conductor de la pr\u00e1ctica consiste en ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n y posturas adaptadas.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (estiramiento lateral de la cabeza a la rodilla) puede ayudar a calmar las emociones abrumadoras. La postura a la luz de las velas puede ayudar a aliviar el estr\u00e9s. Marichyasana (foto de la derecha) para aliviar los sofocos.<\/p><p>As\u00ed que f\u00edjate bien en las sesiones de Hormone Yoga y\/o Women's Yoga y prueba la pr\u00e1ctica. Ajuste la intensidad y la frecuencia seg\u00fan sus necesidades. Cada mujer es \u00fanica.
