Certainement la plus simple simple, la plus accessible et pourtant souvent oubli\u00e9e !!!<br>Cette respiration permet de diminuer les troubles psycho-\u00e9motionnels, comme l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, la mauvaise humeur, la d\u00e9prime.<br>Plus simplement, la respiration abdominale est juste tr\u00e8s apaisante.
