The leg anchored in the center (present) reminds us of the importance of the present moment. It's also a physically demanding asana, requiring strong back and hamstring muscles. Virabhadrasana III enables you to accept the new, to let go of the old while remaining stable and strong.\u00a0<\/p><p>Balance is ensured by three systems: the inner ear, sight and proprioception.
