Hatha Yoga flow
Meeting the Hatha Yoga traditional and dynamic Vinyasathe Hatha flow develops forcethe flexibility, balance and the concentration. Faster than gentle Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow is a series of movements to the rhythm of the breath and more static postures in full consciousness. Ideal to combine anchoring and mobility, it will be a question of not pushing its limits but to move them.
Thus, we will not look for performance at all costs during these sessions but just an opportunity to get out, sometimes, of our comfort zone.
Traditional Hatha Yoga

Through the practice of Pranayamas (breathing), and Asanas ( postures) and Savasana ( relaxation), Hatha yoga develops strength and flexibility, concentration and serenity. Relaxation & Sound bath
A an appointment with yourself.
The session begins with a guided relaxation to allow you to enter fully into a state of consciousness conducive to tension relief physical and mental.
Visit sound bath will complete this deep relaxation. The bowls and other instruments are combined to create marvellous effects. harmonies and vibrations that correspond to the chakra energies.
L'balance between your body and your spirit will then be drawn up.

Yoga in the workplace
The time for a yoga break at your workplace.
According to the teams' wishes, I will propose a session of Traditional Hatha Yoga where the postures are held over several breaths with a particular care on the alignments. If the time has come to synchronize movement and breathing we will start on a Hatha flow, more dynamic. In both cases, the practice is complete and accessible to all.

Fun and wellness birthday party!
In search of a activity blending fun and well-being for thebirthday of your child?
I propose a workshop of 75 minutes which includes a playful activity in motiona fun way to learn yoga postures using a card game, and then a return to calm with meditation rhyme and breathing awareness. I am at your disposal for a first meeting in person or by video.
